Social workers

Pimadzin is looking for social workers interested in joining his team.

Social workers help individuals, couples, families, groups, communities and organizations acquire the skills and resources they need to improve their functioning in society, and provide counselling, therapy and referral services to other social support services.

Social workers also meet other societal needs in terms of unemployment, racism and poverty. They work in hospitals, school boards and boards, First Nations community, Aboriginal friendship centres, social service agencies, child welfare services, correctional facilities, community organizations, employee assistance programs and Aboriginal band councils, or they may practice in private.

EMPLOIS CONDITIONS

A bachelor's degree in social work is required;

2 years of experience;

Member of the Professional Order in Quebec;

Valid driver's license;

Bilingualism is required in some regions and/or communities (FR/ANG)

Advantageous salary;

Perdiem meals, travel, housing and other depending on the region.
